摘    要: 为更加准确地通过水模模拟非金属夹杂物在钢液中的运动行为和去除率,在理论分析的基础上提出了新的相似关系—润湿相似。通过夹杂物在中间包内去除的水模型实验,验证了润湿相似的重要性。对夹杂物团聚机理进行了分析研究。结果表明:在一定的湍动条件下,颗粒的浓度和非金属夹杂物在钢液中的不润湿性所导致的疏液作用是使颗粒发生碰撞团聚的主要因素。

Abstract:For simulating the movement of non metallic inclusions and their removal efficiency, a new similarity criterion the wettability similarity was proposed. The wettability similarity was applied to the water model experiment, by which the mechanism of non metallic inclusion agglomeration in liquid steel was studied.The results show that under certain turbulent conditions, the particle concentration and the non wettability between particles and liquid steel are the main factors to induce collision and agglomeration.
