| Abstract: | The test used straw as material and A.niger HS 16 as saccharifying strain for making lactate fermentation medium,then used lactobacillus HT as producer in lactate fermentation.The result showed that the lactate content was 132g/L in the fermentation broth and the yield of lactate to glucose was 88%. |
