欧内斯特·博耶“教学学术”思想评析

摘    要:
欧内斯特.博耶是20世纪美国伟大的教育家,他针对当时大学重科研、轻教学及大学学术功利化倾向,对学术内涵进行了重新界定,并创见性地提出"教学学术"这一概念。"教学学术"思想的核心在于指出教学即学术,大学教学体现了学术活动的基本特点,呈现出研究性、创造性和可交流性特征。该思想为学界看待教学与科研关系提供了一个新视角,为固守大学知识品性提供了一个新思路,为教师学术评价提供了一个新维度,也为建立学术共同体迈出了新的一步。
