| 摘 要： | 高校教务管理是高校管理的重要工作之一,是一项集管理与服务于一体的基础性工作。高校教务管理人员应具备良好的政治素质、过硬的业务素质、广博的文化素质和健康的心理素质。高校要高度重视教务管理队伍的建设;加大对教务管理人员的培训力度;教务管理人员要不断加强学习,提高自身素质,从而切实提高教务管理水平。
