| Abstract: | Knowledge basis which a career depends on is the logic starting point of vocational development. According to the knowledge basis that instructors＇various transactions depend on, categorizing the various transactions, constructing different kinds of service - oriented instructors are the beneficial trials which promote the vocational development of instructors. |
