摘    要:职业所依赖的知识基础是职业发展的逻辑起点。根据辅导员各项工作事务所依赖的知识基础,对各项工作事务进行归类,培养各种类型的事务服务型辅导员,是推动辅导员职业发展的有益尝试。

Abstract:Knowledge basis which a career depends on is the logic starting point of vocational development. According to the knowledge basis that instructors'various transactions depend on, categorizing the various transactions, constructing different kinds of service - oriented instructors are the beneficial trials which promote the vocational development of instructors.
