论涵育理性精神与培养创新人才

摘    要:理性精神是创新人才的内在核心素质,我国传统文化和教育现实缺失理性精神是我国创新人才培养乏力的主要内在原因。我国高等教育的教育理念由教育转向教化;教育目标由培养工具人转向培养理性人;教育内容由定论转向问题;教育方式由灌输转向质疑;学生评价由一元转向多元,是我国大学涵育、彰显理性精神的必然要求。亦是我国大学完成培养创新人才历史使命的必由之路。

On Nourishing Rational Spirit and Cultivating Innovative Talents

Abstract:With rational spirit being the inner and core quality of the innovative talents, shortage of rational spirit in Chinese traditional culture and education has become the main inner reason for the shortage of the innovative talents. The following switches are essential requirements of nourishing rational spirit and the only way to hisloric mission of cultivating innovative talents, including educational philosophy switching from education to moralization, educational goal switching from instrumental workers to rational talents, education contents switching from conclusions to questions, teaching methods switching from cramming to encouraging students to doubt, evaluating students switching from single evaluation to multivariate evaluation.
