摘    要:通过设置相应的结晶器液压振动系统振动参数,得到正弦或非正弦的振动效果.在采用相应措施后,消除了液压振动系统的停振等故障.介绍了液压振动装置的基本工作原理、故障分析及改进措施.

Abstract:Through setting oscillation parameters, sinusoidal or non - sinusoidal oscillation could be achieved in the hydraulic oscillation system. Owing to the aging effect, sometimes troubles occurred with stopping. Improvements were done to solve the problems. This paper introduced the improvement in trouble shooting and pertinent countermeasures.
