| 摘 要： | 通过宽板坯连铸结晶器流场的水模拟实验,重点研究了SEN的结构参数对结晶器内钢液流动状况的影响及变化规律,提出了优化的SEN的结构参数与工艺参数.实验表明:采用新型SEN及优化参数,能有效改善结晶器内的流场.

| Abstract: | This paper emphatically discusses the influence and change regularity of submerged entry nozzle structural parameters on the fluid flow in the mould by means of the water modelling study on flow field in wide slab casting mould and obtains the optimized SEN structural and operating parameters. The results of experiment show that the new style SEN and the optimized technology parameters could effectively improve flow field in the mould. |
