| Abstract: | Supply chain is a network which is used to describe activity of each entity and their mutual relations in purchase,production and sale processes of an enterprise.Master planning is an important link of supply chain management,and the product mix model plays a core role in master planning.Based on information,optimal product mix meeting certain constrains is worked out to realize the maximum of value.Design and implementation of product mix model in supply chain management are discussed for metallurgical industry. |
