| 摘 要： | 随着机械产品向着＂高、精、特＂方向的发展,齿轮及其加工滚刀也趋向个性化和多样化。而传统的滚刀设计方法,设计效率低、加工的产品质量差,这就制约着齿轮产品的发展。因此,文章基于参数化设计和应用实践经验,提出由齿轮参数直接获得所需滚刀图纸的高效设计方法,并利用Visual Basic语言和数据库软件,开发出一个齿轮滚刀参数化设计系统。以剃前滚刀为例,分析其关键部位的设计过程,并介绍了本系统的流程、功能。图7表2参11

| Abstract: | As the development of machinery towards the orient of ＂top grade,refinement,distinctiveness＂ ,the gear,utilized frequently in machine,and the gear hob trends to be individual and diversified. The traditional method of designing hob with inefficiency and low quality restrains the development of gear products. This article,proposed an efficient method combined the parametric design method with the practical experience,that is a high efficiency method to get hob drawing directly from gear parameters. The parameter design system of gear hob is developed with Visual Basic language and data-base. Taking pre-shaving hob as an example,the paper analyzed the designing progress of its key parts and also introduced the system,processing and function. |
