Discussion on strategies of fine management in the coal preparation plant

This paper introduced the key parts of internal management in process of the production in Xing-an Coal Preparation Plant.By adopting several fine management measures,such as monitoring the quality of raw coal,controlling cost,enhancing the on-site guidance on the production process,and instituting the quality control system,it is realized to improve enterprise's management level,reduce costs and create a good economic benefits.
