论物业管理企业的绩效管理

摘    要:在知识经济的时代背景下,人力资源已经成为社会生产力中的第一要素,而绩效管理又在人力资源管理系统中占据着核心地位,起着主导作用.就我国的物业管理,到现在已经走过20多年的风雨历程,目前的现状是各项法律法规日趋完善、物业管理覆盖面积迅速增加、物业管理企业队伍不断壮大以及人们的物业管理意识也在提高.通过对物业管理企业绩效管理、绩效考核等概念的诠释,分析了绩效管理的内容、本质和特征;从绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效考评和绩效反馈等四个方面详细论述了物业管理企业绩效管理的全过程,最终实现企业和人的和谐发展.

Abstract:In the background of knowledge economy,human resources have been the first factor in the social production capability.Performance management plays a leading role and occupies a core position in the human resource management system.Property management of our country has been developed for 20 years.The present situation is that all kinds of laws are being completed increasingly;the property management scope is increasing rapidly;employees of property management enterprises are rising,and people's consciousness is being enhanced.The text is based on property management enterprises,analyses the content,nature and character through the explanation of performance management and performance examination and discusses the whole process of property management enterprises in the performance plan,performance implementation,performance examination and performance feedback.At last,enterprises and persons have a harmonious development.
