基于猫群算法的多通道液压伺服系统同步控制

摘    要:为研究多通道参数不同的液压系统在工况中的同步性能,以液压控制机构原理为基础,提出了在偏差-环形耦合控制方式下采用猫群算法对控制参数进行优化的同步控制方案。相比采用遗传算法,采用猫群算法优化后的系统应用于同步控制时,具有良好的抗干扰性和同步控制精度,能够实现输入信号的跟踪控制。

Abstract:Based on the principle of the hydraulic control agencies, the triple-channel control scheme to optimize the control parameters was proposed in the mode of deviation-ring coupling with the advantages of cat swarm algorithm for the study of the synchronous performance of multichannel hydraulic system with different parameters. The control system is more reliable after the optimization of cat swarm algorithm and capable of achieving better tracking control with good robustness and high synchronous accuracy while boasts of favorable capacity of step control.
