基于LabVIEW的温度继电器测试系统设计

摘    要:为了满足批量温度继电器测量需求,文中设计了一种基于LabVIEW的温度继电器测试系统。本系统利用PC通过GPIB标准串行接口与KEITHLEY2700数据采集器互联,该系统可以一次同时对39个温度继电器测量。实现了温度实时监控,自动数据采集并处理,自动生成电子表格等功能,具有高度的灵活性、可靠性及可扩展性。较人工测试效率提高10倍,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the bulk temperature relay measurements,we design a temperature relay test system based on LabVIEW.The system uses a serial interface with PC data acquisition KEITHLEY 2700 interconnected via GPIB standard,the system can simultaneously once the temperature of 39 relaymeasurements.Achievedreal-time monitoring of temperature,automatic data collection and processing,spread sheetsand other functionsto automatically generatea high degree off lexibility, reliability and scalability.Compared tomanual testing efficiency by 10 times,has a certain reference value.
