钻井泵泵阀及缸套表面的增碳-钒化处理

摘    要:针对钻井泵泵阀与缸套的侵蚀-三体磨料磨损导致拉伤、冲蚀成洞、刺成小道的失效形式,提出了对缸套、阀体及阀座工作面进行增破-钒化的处理措施。对20号钢、20Cr钢和20CrMo钢工件,先渗碳,以增加其表面碳浓度,然后进行钒化处理,由于形成的细小VC硬质相弥散分布于基体,工件表面一定层深的硬度显著提高,耐磨耐蚀性能大为改善。试验表明,钻井泵泵阀和缸套经增碳-钒化处理后其使用寿命显著延长。

Abstract:In the light of the failure of the pump valve and liner of a drill pump caused by erosion and tripple abrasive wear,it is put forward to treat the working surface of the liner and valve they and valve seat by carburizing and vanadiumizing,i.e.carrying out vanadiumizing on carburized 20 steel,20Cr steel and 20CrMo steel workpiece.After the beatment,bath the hardness and wear-corrsion-resistance of the workpiece surface are improved remarkably owing to the tiny hard VC diffused in the matrix. Test shows that the service life of the drill pump valve and liner after carburizing and vanadiumizing are greatly extended.
