摘    要:为分析10 kV配网系统过电压事故性质,实时、准确监测电力系统内、外过电压和电压暂降信号,研制能在线追踪记录10 kV系统各种电压波形的电压在线监测装置。通过对装置的高压分压器、二次阻容分压器、PCI-1714UL高性能数据采集卡等硬件,及数据采集存储、分析处理等软件进行设计,并对关键技术进行研发,研制出具有波形记录、处理和分析功能的电压在线监测装置。实验室调试结果表明,该装置能够实现设计的全部功能,性能稳定、可靠,并可对实时采集的电压信号进行谐波分析。

Study on 10 kV System Voltage Online Monitoring Device Based on PCI-1714UL

Abstract:In order to analyze properties of overvoltage accident in 10 kV distribution system,and monitoring real- timely and accurately signals of inner and outer overvoltage of power system and voltage sag,the voltage online monitoring device that can online track and record all kinds of voltage waves of 10 kV distribution system is developed. Based on the design of hardware such as high voltage divider,secondary resistance-capacitor voltage divider,PCI-1714UL high performance data acquisition card,and software such as data acquisition and storage,analysis and treatment software,and the key technologies developed,the voltage online monitoring device with functions of wave recorder,treatment and analysis is developed. The lab test results show that the device can realize all functions designed and have stable and reliable performance and can realize the harmonic analysis of real-time acquisited voltage signals.
