摘    要:为满足新的火电厂大气污染物排放标准要求,对某电厂1号机组600 MW亚临界四角切圆锅炉进行了低氮燃烧器改造。通过燃烧调整优化试验,掌握改造后锅炉的燃烧特性,确定不同负荷段下锅炉的最佳运行工况。试验结果表明:高负荷时,贴近上层燃烧器的CCOFA风量对锅炉NOx的排放浓度、烟气中CO浓度,以及飞灰含碳量影响大;而在低负荷时,投运偏上层磨煤机组合更有利于提高再热汽温和SOFA风调节锅炉NOx排放浓度的裕度。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the new atmospheric pollutant emission standard for power plant,the low NOx burner of 600 MW subcritical tangentially corner-fired boiler of No.1 unit in a power plant has been modified. By the optimal test of combustion adjustment,the combustion characteristic of the boiler after the modification has been grasped,and the optimal operation status of the boiler under different load condition has been determined. The test results show that,at high load,the CCOFA flow has greater influence on the concentration emission of the NOx of the boiler and the CO in flue gas,and the carbon content of fly ash;while,in the low load,the combination of partial upper mill put into operation has benefit to improve the reheat steam temperature and the margin of concentration emission of the NOx SOFA wind regulation boiler.
