500kV断路器回路电阻超标原因分析及处理

摘    要:分析5043断路器回路电阻超标原因并提出处理措施。通过改变测试接线方法,即将原来的总回路测试方法改为分段测试方法,分段对5043断路器导电回路电阻进行测试。对分段测试结果进行分析,发现导致该断路器回路电阻超标的原因是法兰接触面电阻偏大。结合设备厂家的设计值和内控值进行深入分析,有针对性地提出科学、合理的风险预控措施。

Abstract:The reason of over standard of 5043 circuit breaker loop resistance is analyzed and treatment measures are proposed. The conducting loop resistance of 5043 circuit breaker is tested sectionally by changing the test connection method which modified the total circuit test method to the sectionalization test method. By analyzing the test result,it is found that the large flange contact surface resistance is the reason of the over standard of the circuit breaker loop resistance. By deeply analyzing the design value of device manufacture and the internal control value,scientific and reasonable risk pre-control measures are proposed.
