杭州城市公共设施的国际化水平特征——以旅游区和商务区为例

当前杭州正在积极推进“城市国际化”发展战略，作为国际风景旅游城市，杭州正在吸引着越来越多的外国人士前来旅游、学习、工作和生活。以旅游区和商务区为例，通过问卷调研方式，系统收集外国人士对杭州公共设施建设水平的评价意见，从满意度、需求度、使用频率三个方面进行统计归纳，并结合公共设施的区域分布和供给机制的差异性，深入分析杭州城市公共设施的现状问题与表现特征，从而为杭州“生活品质之城”建设提供指导性策略与建议。

The Level of Internationalization of Urban Public Facilities in Hangzhou --A Case Study of the Tourist Area and Business Area

As an international tourist city, Hangzhou is attracting more and more foreigners for visit- ing, studying, working and living. Through the way of questionnaire survey, taking tourism and business area for example, we got a systematic collection of evaluations of the public facilities in Hangzhou from the foreigners. Then with the combination of supply mechanisms and regional distri- bution differences, we classified and smnmarized the opinions from three aspects, which are satisfac- tion, demand and frequency.
