重庆市城镇化建设与法制保障初析

经济持续发展急需城镇化进程,而城镇化建设要靠法制保障。目前重庆市城镇化水平不高,城镇化率较低,发展面临种种问题和挑战。为完成城镇化建设的目标任务,促进城镇化更加健康快速有序地发展,需要把法制保障放在更加重要的位置。本文就重庆市城镇化建设进行了初步分析,针对法制保障提出了主要法规设想和执法建议,以促其完善和更快的发展。

The Construction of Urbanization of Chongqing and Preliminary Analysis of the Legal Guarantee System

Urbanization is greatly demanded by the constant development of economy while legal guarantee system is badly demanded by the construction of urbanization. At present, the urbanization of ChongQing is still in a lower level and is faced with various problems and challenges in many aspects. In order to accomplish the task of urbanization and promote a more healthy, speedy and orderly development of urbanization, we should put more emphasis on legal guarantee system. This paper deals with the preliminary analysis of the urbanization of ChongQing and provides some suggestions on execution and some hypothesis on main statutes to the legal guarantee system, aiming to achieve a more complete and speedy development of urbanization.
