摘    要:该文对声波法监测锅炉炉膛内二维速度场的方法进行了冷态模型实验研究,给出了检测系统设计、硬件和软件系统及试验结果。不失一般性,这里分别进行了对称和非对称供风条件下的测量试验。为验证结果的合理性与正确性,用风速计直接测量了对称条件下的速度场,用CFD软件对对称和非对称情况分别进行了流场模拟。将其结果与声波法监测结果进行对比,三者在一定程度上吻合得较好。实验证明了声波法监测炉内烟气速度场的有效性,显示了良好的应用前景。

Abstract:An experimental study is performed on acoustic measurement of a 2-D velocity field in a cold model furnace. The configuration of the measuring system is presented, as well as its hardware and software and the results. For generalization, we present the measurements under symmetrically and unsymmetrically air-supplying conditions, respectively. To validate the measurement results, the symmetric velocity field is measured by a hot-wire anemometer and simulated with a CFD software, and the unsymmetric velocity field is only simulated. The results confirm the effectiveness of the acoustic method, as well as its applicability.
