膨胀水泥中硅粉的作用及改性机理

膨胀水泥中因ＳＯ３量等控制不当，往往出现后期过量膨胀，产生巨大的局部结晶压力，造成水泥的破坏。本文通过试验研究，证明了在膨胀水泥中掺入适量的硅粉可以有效地控制膨胀特性，缩短膨胀稳定期，减少或避免会引起破坏作用的过量膨胀，并在保证所需膨胀率的前提下，显著地改善膨胀水泥的有关性能。

Effection and Mechanism Change of Sillca flys in Dilation Cement

In dilation cement,extra dilation appears in later hydration because of the inproper control of SO_3,which preduce more crystal compress in some areas,and dstroy cement stone. In this article, we show that suitable sili-ca flys beadded in dilation cement may control dilation specific property, shorten dilation stable time,and de-crease or avoid extra dilation which can destroying. Our study also show that approciate silica flys be fitted in- to dilation cement may modify the other properties of it remarkable in needed dilation ratio.
