硫酸亚锡在电动自行车VRLA电池中的应用

摘    要:介绍了在电动自行车用密封铅蓄电池电解液中添加SnSO4的作用;试验了电解液中不同添加剂对电池充电接受能力和循环寿命的影响;结果表明:添加0.5%的SnSO4改善了电池的充电接受能力和循环寿命,达到了430次循环,循环寿命比添加Na2SO4的电池提高了40%。

Abstract:The functions of stannous sulfate additives in VRLA battery for electric bicycle were indicated in this paper. The effects of different additives in electrolyte on charge acceptance ability and cycle life of VRLA battery were tested. The results showed that the charge acceptance of battery with 0. 5% stannous sulfate can be improved and the cycle life reached to 430 times, which was 40% higher than that of the battery with Na2SO4 additive.
