基于ADAMS的麦弗逊悬架的运动学仿真与结构优化

摘    要:利用ADAMS/Car建立某车前麦弗逊悬架的模型,选取“两侧车轮同向跳动”工况进行运动学仿真,通过分析悬架性能参数的变化特性,找出引起轮胎过度磨损的主要原因,并在ADAMS/Insight中对悬架的结构进行优化。

Abstract:Based on the soft ADAMS/Car,a dynamic model of McPherson suspension is built,simulated and analyzed with the case of"parallel wheel travel".By the study of variation characteristics of the suspension performance parameters,the main factors of tire wear are founded out.Using ADAMS/Insight,the optimized McPherson suspension is obtained.
