钻孔随钻轨迹测量及三维可视化技术研究

摘    要:针对矿井钻孔轨迹测量中存在的随钻测量技术落后、数据传输效率低、钻孔轨迹测量结果成图效果差等问题,提出了钻孔轨迹随钻测量、数据实时传输及数据三维可视化成图技术。该技术主要由钻孔随钻轨迹测量、钻孔轨迹实时监测装置、数据三维可视化成图及数据处理组成。钻孔随钻轨迹测量使用先进的无线随钻存储式测量方法,数据实时传输使用蓝牙或无线网络传输方式,利用CAD钻孔数据成图及利用专用处理软件进行钻孔数据三维可视化成图。研究表明,该套钻孔轨迹测量及数据处理方法可提高钻孔测量质量,提高数据处理效率及可视化效果。研究为煤矿安全服务提供了新的技术手段。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of backward measurement technology while drilling,low data transmission efficiency and poor mapping effect of borehole trajectory measurement results,the technology of borehole trajectory while drilling measurement,real-time data transmission and three-dimensional visualization of data mapping was put forward.The technology mainly consists of trajectory measurement while drilling,real-time monitoring device for trajectory of drilling and three-dimensional visualization of data processing.Drilling while drilling trajectory measurement uses advanced wireless storage measurement method,real-time data transmission uses bluetooth or wireless network transmission mode,using CAD borehole data mapping and special processing software to visualize borehole data three-dimensional mapping.The results of research and field application showed that this set of borehole trajectory measurement and data processing methods can greatly improve the quality of borehole measurement,improve data processing efficiency and visualization effect,and provide a new technical means for coal mine safety services.
