航空发动机单头部低污染燃烧室试验研究

摘    要:对航空发动机单头部矩形燃烧室进行了污染排放试验。设计了满足CAEP标准的燃气取样分析系统以及单头部燃烧性能试验系统,研究了单头部燃烧室不同的进口油气比对污染物排放和燃烧效率的影响规律。试验结果表明:在给定进口空气压力、进口空气流量和进口温度的条件下,随着进口油气比的增大,单位质量燃油产生的CO、NO和未燃碳氢均降低;而NO体积分数由于燃烧温度的增加越来越大;燃烧效率越来越高,燃烧更充分。

Abstract:Pollutant emission experiment is made on single head rectangular combustion of aero-engine.This paper designs a gas sampling analysis system and a single head combustion performance experiment system which satisfy the CAEP standard,then,makes a study of the influence rule of different fuel air ratio on pollutant emission and combustion efficiency.The experiment results show that under the conditions of given inlet air pressure,inlet air flow and inlet temperature,with the increase of the inlet fuel air ratio,the CO,NO and unburned hydrocarbon produced by unit mass fuel oil all decrease,while the concentration of NO increases with the increase of the combustion temperature.The combustion efficiency is higher and higher,and the combustion is more sufficient.
