| 摘 要： | 作为叉车关键的工作装置,叉车门架的质量是衡量叉车稳定性的重要指标,直接影响到叉车的承载能力、稳定性、装卸性能和安全性。介绍了我国热轧叉车门架用型钢的国产化开发过程、生产现状及相关标准（YB/T 4237）,介绍了目前我国批量生产的热轧叉车门架用型钢外形规格及材质,分析了我国热轧叉车门架型钢存在的问题,讨论了高强度、高韧性、耐低温热轧叉车门架用型钢的发展方向。

| Abstract: | As a key working device of a forklift,the quality of the forklift gantry is an important indicator to measure the stability of the forklift,which directly affects the carrying capacity,stability,loading and unloading performance and safety of the forklift.The development process of hot rolled section steel for forklift gantry and the current status of YB/T 4237 standard in China were introduced.The specifications and materials of hot rolled section steel for forklift gantry in China were introduced,and its existing problems were analyzed.The development direction of high strength,high toughness,low temperature resistant of hot rolled section steel for forklift gantry was discussed. |
