复杂矿井火灾烟气蔓延三维仿真研究

摘    要:为研究灾变发生对矿井的影响,以通风系统三维仿真模型作为平台,基于通风网络解算模型和烟流蔓延参数模型,分析了风速、风向、火灾温度和烟流浓度的动态变化,实现对火灾时期风流运动、火灾蔓延时的烟流浓度分布的动态模拟,并将其在三维平台上展示出来。并以国内某复杂矿井为例,探究火灾发生时烟气蔓延情况。研究结果表明,选取复杂矿井为例进行建模及火灾点设置,模拟了烟流的影响范围和到达时间,验证了三维平台的可靠性;通过模拟得到,上行通风火灾风流紊乱会造成旁侧支路风流逆转,而且相邻采面经历了风量逐渐减小、停止和反向的变化,烟流会通过2个回风巷道排出,污染多个回风巷道。

Abstract:In order to study the impact of catastrophe on the mine,the three-dimensional simulation model of the ventilation system was used as a platform,based on the ventilation network solution model and the smoke spread parameter model,and the dynamic changes of wind speed,wind direction,fire temperature and smoke concentration were analyzed to realize the fire protection.It realized the dynamic simulation of the air flow movement during the fire period and the smoke flow concentration distribution when the fire spreads,and display it on the three-dimensional platform.It was took a domestic complex mine as an example to explore the spread of smoke when a fire occurs.The research results showed that,taking a complex mine as an example for modeling and fire point setting,the influence range and arrival time of smoke flow were simulated,and the reliability of the three-dimensional platform was verified;through simulation,the turbulence of upward ventilation and fire air flow would cause side branches.The air flow in the road was reversed,the adjacent mining face had experienced the change of air volume gradually decreasing,stopping and reverse.The smoke flow would be discharged through two return air tunnels,polluting multiple return air tunnels.
