中厚煤层切眼顶板人工预制裂缝卸压护巷应用研究

摘    要:针对中厚煤层强采动巷道大变形及控制难问题,选取麦垛山煤矿130606 工作面边界巷为研究对象,研究了中厚煤层切眼顶板人工预制裂缝卸压护巷控制技术。依据现场调查分析了 6号煤层工作面运输巷变形破坏特征与原因,理论分析了顶板人工预制裂缝卸压的作用,提出了“切眼侧人工预制裂缝” 边界巷控制方法。基于该控制方式进行设计并付诸于实践,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the large deformation and difficult control of the strong mining roadway in medium-thick coal seam,the 130606 working face boundary road in Maiduoshan Coal Mine was selected as the research object,and the control technology of artificial prefabricated crack pressure relief roadway for cut-out roof of medium-thick coal seam was studied.Based on the field investigation,the characteristics and causes of deformation and failure of the transportation lane in No.6 coal seam face were analyzed.The effect of pressure relief of the artificial prefabricated cracks on the roof was theoretically analyzed.Designed based on this control method and put into practice,good results have been achieved.
