煤矿主要耗能设备经济运行分析及节能整改措施研究

摘    要:煤矿企业既是能源生产企业,也是高耗能企业。煤矿的能源消耗80%是电力消耗,而电力主要用于煤炭生产过程中的提升、运输、通风、排水等,反映到设备上,主要耗能设备有通风机、提升机、空压机、排水泵等。通过对在用主要耗能设备耗能状况的逐台监测,掌握了主要耗能设备的经济运行情况。对监测结果进行综合分析和评价,清晰了解能耗水平。根据现有的节能降耗技术和措施,结合实际情况,提出切实可行的节能整改措施,实现企业的节能减排与绿色生产。

Abstract:Coal mining enterprises are both energy producing enterprises and high energy consuming enterprises.The energy consumption of coal mine is 80%of the power consumption,and the electric power is mainly used for lifting,transportation,ventilation,drainage and so on in the process of coal production,reflecting that the main energy consumption equipment on the equipment is fan,hoist,air compressor,drainage pump and so on.By monitoring the energy consumption of the main energy-consuming equipment,we can grasp the energy-efficient operation of the main energy-consuming equipment.Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the monitoring results to clearly understand the energy consumption level.According to the existing energy saving and consumption reduction technology and measures,combined with the actual situation,put forward practical energy saving rectification measures to realize the enterprise energy saving and emission reduction,green production.
