摘    要:临氢设备是石化、煤化工行业核心装备,临氢铬钼特厚钢板是其关键制造材料。针对国产临氢铬钼特厚板研发瓶颈问题,系统阐述了国产临氢铬钼特厚钢板化学成分设计、冶炼、轧制、热处理全生产流程的工艺技术创新。其中V Nb微合金化、复合碳化物调控、高洁净锭坯制备等技术显著提升了钢板抗回火脆性和抗高温蠕变性;温控 轧制耦合控制方法解决了临氢特厚钢板强韧性匹配差、断面性能差异大的共性问题;多路径热处理、析出物稳定控制、高强均匀淬火等热处理方法满足了多钢种、变规格钢板复杂热处理工艺的需要。相关研究为实现“大厚度、高洁净、均质化、高强韧”新一代临氢铬钼特厚钢板的研发与应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Anti-hydrogen equipment is the core equipment of petrochemical and coal chemical industries,and the anti-hydrogen chromium molybdenum ultra heavy plate is the key manufacturing material.In view of the bottleneck problems of domestic anti-hydrogen chromium molybdenum ultra heavy plate reseach and development,the process technology innovation of the whole production process including chemical composition design,smelting,rolling and heat treatment for anti-hydrogen chromium molybdenum ultra heavy plate was systematically described.The composition design of V-Nb microalloying,composite carbide control,high-cleaning ingot preparation,etc.significantly improved the temper embrittlement resistance and high temperature creep resistance of the plate.Temperature and deformation controlled rolling coupling control method solved the problems of poor toughness match and large cross-sectional performance difference of anti-hydrogen chromium molybdenum plate.Multi-path heat treatment,precipitation stability control,high-strength uniform quenching and other methods meet the needs of complex heat treatment processes for multiple grades and variable gauge plates.Relevant research has laid a foundation for the development and application of a new generation anti-hydrogen chromium molybdenum ultra heavy plate with “large thickness,high cleanliness,homogenization,high strength and toughness”.
