| 摘 要： | 为了提高煤矿企业安全管理水平，促进双重预防体系在煤矿企业的贯彻落实，学者在前人研究的基础上，将风险分级管控和事故隐患排查治理的双重预防机制，加入到本质安全内容中，丰富了煤矿本质安全管理的内涵，推动安全关口前移，强化源头治理。从本质安全的概念引出本质安全体系建设的意义，展开叙述本质安全研究的主要内容，给出了煤炭企业应该如何建设本质安全管理体系的答案，研究出了一套煤炭企业建设本质安全管理体系方法。

| Abstract: | In order to improve safety management level of coal mining enterprises and promote implementation of dual prevention system in coal mining enterprises,on the basis of previous research,scholars added dual prevention mechanism of risk classification control and accident hidden danger investigation and treatment to the content of intrinsic safety,enriched the connotation of intrinsic safety management of coal mines,pushed forward safety gateway and strengthened source control.From the concept of intrinsic safety,this paper introduced the significance of construction of intrinsic safety system,described the main content of intrinsic safety research,obtained the answer of how to build intrinsic safety management system in coal enterprises,and studied a set of methods of building intrinsic safety management system in coal enterprises. |
