基于模态应力法的副车架疲劳分析研究

摘    要:对副车架的疲劳分析,准确地计算结构响应尤为重要。采用准静态方法具有流程简单、计算效率高的优点,但无法考虑结构的动态特性。模态应力法以模态应力和模态坐标为基础计算结构动态响应,既能考察结构动态特性,同时也避免了大量的计算成本。分析结果与道路试验情况相符,证明该分析方法可以在产品设计阶段准确、高效地预估车体结构的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:In fatigue analysis of subframe,accurate calculation of structural responses is very important.Quasi-static method is characteristic of simple flow process and highly calculated efficiency,but it can not consider the dynamic response of the structure.The modal stress method can be used to calculate the dynamic response of the structure based on modal stress and modal coordinates,it takes the dynamic response characteristics of the structure into account and reduces the computation time.The results are in accordance with ones of road tests.This method can be used to evaluate the subframe fatigue at product design stage conveniently.
