沿空留巷围岩控制关键技术研究

摘    要:为了有效控制沿空留巷顶板岩层的离层及塑性区的发展,研究了沿空留巷围岩控制关键技术,包括可伸缩U型钢支架、支架壁后充填技术、锁棚锚杆/锚索技术、滞后注浆技术以及预充填区顶板加固技术。通过综合技术的分析,增加了支架和围岩的相互作用,提高了围岩的整体承载能力,控制了顶板离层和裂隙的发育,保证了巷道顶板的完整程度。

Abstract:In order to effectively control the separation of roof strata and the development of plastic zone in gob side entry retaining,the key technologies of surrounding rock control for gob side entry retaining were studied,including the retractable U-shaped steel support,the filling technology behind the support wall,the locking roof bolt/cable technology,the lag grouting technology and the roof reinforcement technology in the pre-filling area.Through the analysis of comprehensive technology,the interaction between supporting and surrounding rock was increased,the overall bearing capacity of surrounding rock was improved,roof separation and fracture development were controlled,and the integrity of roadway roof was ensured.
