摘    要:制造业信息化是用信息技术改造传统产业和实现信息化带动工业化的突破口。介绍了在离散型铸造企业中如何通过建立五层架构的信息化模式,将信息技术、自动化技术、现代管理技术与制造技术相结合,带动产品设计方法和工具的创新,企业管理模式的创新,企业间协作关系的创新,实现产品设计和企业管理的信息化,生产过程控制的智能化,制造装备的数控化,咨询服务的网络化,从而全面提升制造业企业的竞争。

Abstract:Manufacturing informatization is a breakthrough in transforming traditional industries with information technology and realizing informationization to drive industrialization.The way to establish the information mode of five-layer architecture in discrete foundry enterprises has been introduced.The information technology,automation technology,modern management technology and manufacturing technology have been combined to drive the innovation of product design methods&tools,enterprise management model and inter-enterprise collaboration.The informatization of product design and enterprise management and the intelligentization of production process control have been realized as well as the numerical control of manufacturing equipment and the networking of consulting services.Thus,the competition of manufacturing enterprises has been comprehensively enhanced.
