综采工作面沿空掘巷巷道合理布置研究

摘    要:为了确保沿空留巷巷道稳定性,研究了综采工作面沿空掘巷巷道合理布置,理论分析了沿空掘巷煤柱荷载,介绍了沿空留巷巷道布置原则,采用数值模拟软件,研究了沿空留巷煤柱宽度留设对巷道稳定性影响及巷道沿不同层位掘进时巷道垂直应力、塑性区分布以及巷道围岩变形。研究得出,沿空留巷煤柱宽度留设宽度为20 m,巷道沿顶板掘进更容易支护。

Abstract:In order to ensure the stability of gob-side entry retaining,the reasonable layout of gob-side entry driving in fully-mechanized face is studied,the load of coal pillar in gob-side entry driving was analyzed theoretically,the layout principle of gob-side entry retaining was introduced,and the numerical simulation software was adopted,the influence of the width of coal pillar in gob-side entry retaining on the stability of the entry and the distribution of the vertical stress,plastic zone and the deformation of the surrounding rock were studied.It was concluded that the width of coal pillar along the goaf is 20 m,and it is easier to support the roadway driving along the roof.
