煤矿矿井水处理技术与利用现状

摘    要:我国《节水型社会建设“十三五”规划》中明确提出大力发展非常规水资源利用,将矿井水纳入国家水资源统一配置,且《煤炭工业发展“十三五”规划》提出,计划到2020年矿井水综合利用率达到80%以上。煤矿矿井水作为矿井水的主体,约占总矿井水量的97%,对地区水资源供应结构调整有突出意义。通过论述国内外煤矿矿井水利用现状,系统总结不同矿井水类型的处理技术与工艺流程,提出现阶段矿井水利用存在的问题和建议,对煤矿生产企业矿井水处理技术的选择及矿井水综合利用产业发展决策具有参考价值。

Abstract:Vigorously developing unconventional water resources utilization has been clearly proposed by China′s"13th Five-Year Plan for Water-saving Society Construction",which incorporates mine water into the unified allocation of national water resources.The"13th Five-Year Plan for Coal Industry Development"is expected to achieve a comprehensive utilization rate of 80%of mine water by 2020 year.As the main body of mine water,coal mine water accounts for 97%of the total mine water volume,which has a prominent significance for regional water supply structure adjustment.This paper discussed the current status of coal mine water utilization at home and abroad,systematically summarized the treatment technology and process flow of different mine water types,and proposed the problems and suggestions in the current stage of mine water utilization.It can be used as a reference for coal mine production enterprises to choose mine water treatment technology and the development and decision-making of mine water comprehensive utilization industry.
