摘    要:主要介绍600MW改进机组高压内缸铸件结构特点,分析铸件热节凝固难点,气道粘砂难点,结合MAGMA模拟及铸造工艺、焊接热处理工艺解决其技术难点问题。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of high-pressure inner cylinder castings of 600MW improved unit have been mainly introduced in the text.The difficulties of hot section solidification of castings and difficult points of airway sanding have been analyzed.In combination with MAGMA simulation and casting process as well as welding heat treatment process,the technical difficulties have been solved.
