摘    要:鹤煤公司现光面爆破技术存在周边围岩超、欠挖仍较严重等问题,特别是在较软弱破碎岩石中,问题尤为突出,且存在着单位耗药量大、爆破震动和空气冲击波强度大、围岩超挖和损伤大等一系列问题。为了保证光爆效果,提高巷道施工单进水平,以鹤煤六矿31采区回风上山岩巷掘进工作面为工程背景,经过井下现场反复试验、摸索、修正、分析总结,对炮眼布置、炮眼角度以及装药结构、装药量进行重新设计及优化,采用水胶炸药聚能光爆技术。工程实践表明,水胶炸药聚能光爆技术提高了岩巷掘进速度,减弱了围岩震动速度,实现了“三提高,一保护”的作用。研究对类似的岩巷掘进工程具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The existing smooth blasting technology of Hebi Coal Company has serious problems such as over excavation and under excavation of surrounding rock,especially in weak and broken rock.There are a series of problems,such as large unit charge consumption,strong blasting vibration and air shock wave strength,over excavation and damage of surrounding rock.In order to ensure the smooth blasting effect and improve the single entry level of roadway construction,taking the heading face of return air uphill rock roadway in 31 mining area of Hebi No.6 Coal Mine as the engineering background,through repeated underground field tests,exploration,correction,analysis and summary,the blast hole layout,blast hole angle,charge structure and charge quantity are redesigned and optimized,and the water gel explosive shaped energy smooth blasting technology was adopted.The engineering practice showed that the water gel explosive cumulative energy smooth blasting technology can improve the driving speed of rock roadway,weaken the vibration speed of surrounding rock,and realized the function of "three improvements,one protection".The research has reference significance for similar rock roadway excavation engineering.
