摘    要:采用多分支水平井注浆技术能较好地解决煤层底板高承压奥灰水突水问题,不同地区水文地质条件有所差异,需对其关键技术进行优化。以界沟煤矿东一10号煤层下太灰含水层为研究对象,系统阐述了多分支水平井注浆防水的技术原理和工艺流程,对比了水泥浆液、水泥—水玻璃浆液等性能,优选出注浆液;计算确定出水平井分支长度、分支间距、注入压力、注浆量等注浆关键参数,对现场应用效果进行了评价。结果表明:以水泥浆为注浆材料,水平分支长度在800 m左右,分支间距50 m,注入终压10 MPa,预测注浆量62 635 t;通过注浆成功封堵含水层,使三灰含水层及以上成为有效隔水层,为东一10号煤层开采提供了安全保障。

Abstract:The use of multi-branch horizontal well grouting technology can better solve the problem of water inrush from high-pressured limestone water in coal seam floor.The hydrogeological conditions in different regions are different and its key technology needs to be optimized.It was taken the limestone aquifer under east first No.10 coal seam of Jiegou Coal Mine as the research object,the technical principles and technological process of grouting and waterproofing of multi-branch horizontal wells were systematically described.The properties of cement slurry and cement-water glass slurry were compared.The grouting fluid was preferably selected;the key parameters of grouting such as the branch length,branch spacing,injection pressure and grouting volume of the horizontal well were calculated and evaluated,and the field application effect was evaluated.The results showed that the cement slurry was used as the grouting material,the horizontal branch length was about 800 m,the branch spacing was 50 m,the final injection pressure was 10 MPa,the predicted grouting volume was 62 635 t.The aquifer was successfully blocked by grouting,and the three-ash aquifer and above became an effective water-proof layer,which provided safety guarantee for the mining of east first No.10 coal seam.
