干式除尘器在煤矿岩巷综掘工作面的研究与应用

摘    要:为提高底抽巷施工进度,顺和煤矿引进悬臂式掘进机进行岩巷掘进。由于综合机械化水平的提高,割岩过程中产尘量随之增加。通过比较,干式除尘风机较湿式除尘风机优点:①能源消耗;②操作简单维护方便;③除尘效率高并且效果稳定;④环境舒适;⑤文明卫生。根据使用地点供风量,选择KCG-600D型干式除尘设备。除尘风机除尘效率低的原因:①工作面压风量大于吸风量,风量不匹配,造成部分含尘风流混入回风流,污染巷道环境;②迎面墙风速过高,除尘风机吸尘时间短,不利于除尘风机有效工作。将压风风筒距离工作面保证在15~19 m,除尘风机风筒吸风口距离工作面5~6 m,除尘风机吸尘口向巷道中部,口微微向下,前0.3 m不用吊挂让其自然下垂。在保证工作面风量充足的情况下,合理设置“长压短抽”通风距离,降低工作面风速,含尘气流绝大多数进入除尘风机,得到有效净化。

Abstract:In order to improve the construction progress of bottom pumping roadway,boom-type roadheader was used in Shunhe Coal Mine.Because the improvement of comprehensive mechanization level,the dust content increased in the process of rock cutting.And by comparing the dry dust blower with the wet dust blower,some advantages are as follows:low energy consumption;easy to operate and maintenance;high efficiency and good environment.The KCG-600D dry dust blower was used based on the blast capacity of the working face,and the authors analyzed the reason of low efficiency:the pressure air volume on the working face is larger than the suction air volume,and the air volume does not match,resulting in partial dust air flow mixed with the return air flow,polluting the roadway environment;the wind speed of face wall is too high,dust removal fan suction time is short,not conducive to dust removal fan effective work.In order to solve these problems,the distance between compressed air duct and work face must be 15~19 m;the dust removal fan air suction outlet is 5~6 m away from the working face;the dust removal fan dust inlet is towards the middle of the roadway,and the inlet is slightly downward.Therefore,in the case of ensuring sufficient air volume on the working face,reasonable setting of ventilation distance and reducing the working face wind speed,which are the good method to control the quality of dust.
