煤矿通风机智能监控系统设计

摘    要:为了促进矿井的安全通风,以FBCDZNo.22/250×2通风机为例,根据煤矿通风机智能监控系统设计的要求,设计了煤矿通风机智能监控系统的整体拓扑结构,主要包括监控管理级、基础控制级和现场测量级,并分析了系统主要功能,研究了通风机PLC控制系统、ABB变频器、关键参数监测等硬件部分,分析了通风机监控系统程序设计、系统子程序等软件设计。

Abstract:In order to promote safe ventilation of mines,taking FBCDZNo.22/250×2 ventilator as an example.According to design requirements of mine ventilator intelligent monitoring system,the overall topology structure of mine ventilator intelligent monitoring system was designed,mainly including monitoring management level,basic control level and field measurement level,to analyze main functions of system,to study hardware of fan PLC control system,ABB frequency converter,key parameter monitoring and so on,and to analyze software design of fan monitoring system program design,system subprogram and so on.
