摘    要:针对中煤某矿井水高COD、高悬浮物的特点,采用混凝沉淀、过滤和反渗透工艺对矿井水进行了综合治理,考察其运行效果,对经济效益进行了分析。结果表明:经过絮凝沉淀和过滤工艺处理的出水水质可以达到井下消防、降尘洒水和选煤厂补水的用水标准,使废水重复利用,直接回用于矿区的生产,改善矿区用水紧张的局面。经反渗透系统(RO)深度处理后的外排水水质可以达到周边生态用水标准。RO系统深度处理前后的运行成本分别为0.416元/m3和0.738元/m3,每年节省水费高达270多万元。该工程项目的建成,不仅避免了废水直接外排对水资源的巨大浪费,也消除了对环境造成的不良影响,取得了良好的环境、社会和经济效益。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of high COD and high suspended solids in a coal mine in China National Coal Group Corp.,the comprehensive treatment of mine water was carried out by coagulation sedimentation,filtration and reverse osmosis process,and its operation effect was investigated and its economic benefit was analyzed.The results showed that:the effluent quality treated by flocculation sedimentation and filtration process can meet the standard of underground fire fighting,dust suppression and watering and water supplement of coal preparation plant,so that the waste water can be reused directly for the production of mining area and improve the situation of water shortage in mining area.After advanced treatment by reverse osmosis system(RO),the water quality of external drainage can meet the surrounding ecological water standard.The operation costs of RO system before and after advanced treatment are 0.416 yuan and 0.738 yuan respectively,saving water cost of more than 2.7 million yuan per year.The completion of the project not only avoids the huge waste of water resources caused by the direct discharge of wastewater,but also eliminates the adverse impact on the environment,which has achieved good environmental,social and economic benefits.
