煤矿分区域分层次耦合注浆堵水技术研究

摘    要:为了确保矿井安全生产,在某煤矿水文地质条件基础上,分析了主斜井淋水具体情况与处理对策,研究区具有节理、裂隙发育,且相互穿插,岩石破碎等特点,针对该特点,采用分区域分层次耦合注浆技术对研究区进行堵水。分析了注浆施工过程与方法,注浆顺序采用自下而上、自左而右作业方式,每断面内注浆锚杆自下而上先注两帮、再注顶板锚杆。研究得出,该技术能够有效降低巷道周围的淋水情况,取得了显著的注浆效果和经济效益。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe production of the mine,based on the hydrogeological conditions of a certain coal mine,the specific conditions and treatment countermeasures of water leakage in the main inclined shaft were analyzed.The study area has the characteristics of joints,cracks,interspersed and broken rocks.Coupling grouting technology by region and layer to block water in the study area.The grouting construction process and method were analyzed.The grouting sequence adopts the bottom-up,left-to-right operation method and the grouting bolts in each section were injected from the bottom to the top with two gangs and then the roof bolts.It is found that this technology can effectively reduce the water spray around the roadway and has achieved significant grouting effects and economic benefits.
