穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采通管直连技术在孟津煤矿的研究与应用

摘    要:为了解决孟津煤矿底抽巷穿层钻孔抽采浓度低、衰减快的技术难题,通过分析影响瓦斯抽采浓度提高的关键因素,通过工程试验和分析,优化了封孔段的长度和位置,确定了水泥的合理配比和用量;根据现场测量的钻孔抽放管不同部位的抽放浓度和地面试验,分析抽放管的漏气环节,确定了抽放钻孔通管直连的连管方式。封孔器改进和工艺优化方面,将传统“两堵一注”式封孔器原返浆管优化为阻浆滤水纱布,由返浆改变为返水;去掉爆破阀,将传统“两堵一注”式封孔优化为“两堵两注”,最终将“两堵一注一返浆”工艺优化为“两堵两注一返水”工艺。结果表明:采用通管直连技术后,百米纯流量提升了6.8倍,抽采达标时间缩短了2个月,单孔封孔成本减少310元,全年可节省封孔费用100.75万元。

Abstract:In order to solve the technical problem of low concentration and fast attenuation in the bottom drainage tunnel of Mengjin Coal Mine of Yima Coal Industry Group,through the analysis of the key factors affecting the increase of gas extraction concentration,and through the engineering test and analysis,the length and position of the hole sealing section were optimized,and the reasonable proportion and amount of water mud were determined;according to the on-site measurement of the drainage concentration in different parts of the borehole drainage pipe and the ground test,analysis of the air leakage link of the extraction pipe,determine the way of the direct connection of the through pipe of the extraction hole;the improvement and process optimization of the hole sealer,on the one hand,optimize the original return pipe of the traditional"two plugging and one injection"type of the hole sealer as the slurry plugging and filtering gauze,and change the return pipe from the return pipe to the return pipe.The second is to remove the blasting valve,optimize the traditional"two plugging and one injection"sealing hole to"two plugging and two injection",and finally optimize the"two plugging,one injection and one return slurry"process to"two plugging,two injection and one return water"process.The results showed that the 100 meter pure flow rate is increased by 6.8 times,the standard time of extraction is shortened by 2 months,the cost of hole sealing is reduced by 310 yuan,and the cost of hole sealing is saved by 1.075 million yuan in the whole year.
