寺河矿二号井9号煤层工作面采空区瓦斯抽采及通风改造实践

摘    要:为使寺河矿二号井9号煤层工作面的偏Y型通风系统顺利改造成U型通风系统,在矿井原有的高位钻孔、穿透钻孔布置基础上,通过新建移动泵站接抽闭墙埋管,强化采空区瓦斯抽采,得到结论:高位钻孔和穿透钻孔的抽采效果受通风系统改造的影响不大,闭墙埋管的抽采纯量随着抽采混量的增大而增大,抽采浓度随着抽采混量的增大而减小。工作面实现U型通风之后,工作面回采过程中抽采率达到86.4%;在区域配风量减少的条件下,上隅角瓦斯浓度减小至0.24%,回风巷瓦斯浓度减小至0.26%。

Abstract:In order to smoothly transform the Y-type ventilation system of the No.9 coal seam working face of No.2 well of Sihe Mine into a U-shaped ventilation system,the new mobile pumping station is connected on the basis of the original high-level drilling and penetrating drilling arrangement of the mine.The wall is buried and the gas extraction in the goaf is strengthened.The extraction effect of high-level drilling and penetrating drilling is not affected by the renovation of the ventilation system.The extraction volume of the closed-wall buried pipe increases with the increase of the extraction mixing amount.The amount of mixing increases and decreases.After the U-shaped ventilation of the working face,the extraction rate in the working face is 86.4%.Under the condition of reduced air distribution,the gas concentration in the upper corner is reduced to 0.24%,and the gas concentration in the return airway is reduced to 0.26%.
