煤矿胶带输送机综合保护控制系统硬件设计研究

摘    要:为了确保煤矿胶带输送机的安全运输,研究了煤矿胶带输送机综合保护控制系统硬件设计,分析了系统功能,主要由通信技术、单片机技术、测控技术和传感器技术组成,研究了硬件系统结构,主要分析了烟雾传感器、纵撕传感器、温度传感器、张紧传感器、堆煤传感器、跑偏传感器和速度传感器位置安装和选型设计。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe transportation of coal mine belt conveyor,the hardware design of coal mine belt conveyor comprehensive protection control system was studied and the system functions were analyzed.It is mainly composed of communication technology,single chip technology,measurement and control technology and sensor technology.The installation and selection design of smoke sensor,longitudinal tear sensor,temperature sensor,tension sensor,coal pile sensor,deviation sensor and speed sensor are analyzed.
