定向水力压裂增透消突技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对低透气性突出煤层瓦斯抽采难的问题,提出了定向水力压裂增透消突技术。在研究低渗煤体水压致裂机理的基础上,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了煤体应力和位移变化情况,揭示了定向水力压裂区域整体卸压机理。对比压裂前后的各项试验参数,认为定向压裂增透消突技术能够达到消突、增透和降尘的效果,增加了瓦斯抽采量,提高了掘进速度,最终实现了煤与瓦斯安全高效共采。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulty of gas drainage in outburst coal seams with low gas permeability,the technology of directional hydraulic fracturing to increase permeability and eliminate outburst was proposed.Based on the study of the hydraulic fracturing mechanism of low-permeability coal,the FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to analyze the changes of coal stress and displacement,and the overall pressure relief mechanism of the directional hydraulic fracturing area was revealed.Compared with the test parameters before and after fracturing,it was believed that the directional fracturing anti-outburst technology could achieve the effects of anti-outburst,anti-reflection and dust reduction,increase the gas drainage volume,increase the driving speed and finally achieve the safety of coal and gas efficient co-collection.
