摘    要:针对2250 mm宽带钢热连轧机生产高强薄规格过程中出现的精轧活套起落套控制不稳定、穿带头部瓢曲或折叠、机架间起大浪、尾部轧破或甩尾、轧机振动等轧制不稳定性问题,从工艺、设备、控制系统及操作等方面进行综合研究,开发出精轧活套稳定起落套控制技术、防甩尾与尾部轧破技术以及抑制精轧机振动的方法,成功实现了高强薄规格带钢的稳定轧制。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of rolling stability,such as unstable raising and falling of looper in finishing mill,strip head curling and folding,large wave of strip shape between stands,strip tail flick or rolled breakage,mill vibration, in the production of high strength and thin gauge strip in 2 250 mm wide strip hot rolling mill,a comprehensive study was carried out from process,equipment,control system and operation.The control technology of stable looper raising and falling of finishing mill,prevention of tail flick and tail breakage and method of restraining vibration of finishing mill were emphatically developed and put forward.Finally,high strength and thin gauge strip stable rolling was achieved.
