摘    要:高压水除鳞是影响带钢表面质量的关键因素之一。针对某2050 mm产线,对其炉后除鳞、R1及R2除鳞、精除鳞系统,采用Descale模拟软件,对喷嘴型号、除鳞高度、除鳞打击力、搭接量等进行了优化设计,对比给出了优化前后主要除鳞技术参数。同时,对精除鳞集管密封结构进行了改进,杜绝了生产过程中因漏水所造成的停机问题。优化改造后,该生产线除鳞打击力大幅度提高、用水量明显减少,节约了生产成本、提高了生产效益。

Abstract:High-pressure water descaling is one of the key factors affecting the surface quality of strip.For the descaling after furnace,R1 and R2 descaling and finishing descaling systems of a 2 050 mm hot strip rolling line,using Descale simulation software,the nozzle model,descaling height,descaling impact force,overlap amount,etc.were optimized design.The main technical parameters of descaling before and after optimization were given and compared.At the same time,the sealing structure of the finishing descaling header was improved to eliminate the problem of downtime caused by water leakage in the production process.After the optimization and reformation,the descaling impact force was greatly improved,and the water consumption was significantly reduced,which saved production costs and improved production efficiency.
